Toni Hamilton
Account Executive
Ms. Hamilton has over 25 years experience in the insurance industry with considerable expertise in employer-sponsored and individual benefit plans including health, life, annuity and dental. Recent professional accomplishments include:
- Independent Agent with TMH Insurance, where Ms. Hamilton provided guidance and benefit coordination for a variety of groups and individuals. Ms. Hamilton also developed essential relationships with multiple carriers that proved valuable in educating clients on procedures and current product offerings.
- Senior FEP Representative, Network Management Representative and Marketing Account Representative for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. Ms. Hamilton was responsible for client relations, enrollment processing, claims resolution and training programs while maintaining 99% client retention.
Ms. Hamilton is a licensed general insurance agent and is a Certified Employee Benefit Specialist.
Sheena Brown
Member Services Specialist
Ms. Brown has over 10 years of healthcare and benefits industry experience in sales, office and team management, and marketing and administrative functions with a successful track record of client retention. Recent professional accomplishments include:
- Insurance Agent for United American Insurance, where Ms. Brown also served in a customer service role by supporting individual and group clients with her expertise in health, life, accidental, cancer and critical illness insurance plans and procedures.
- Account Manager at Southern Benefits, where Ms. Brown was a key contributor in maintaining high levels of service. Ms. Brown’s vast knowledge of managed care networks, underwriting guidelines and claims processing proved beneficial in enhancing customer relations.
Ms. Brown attended Delgado Community College.
