For all states except Florida, the monthly Membership fee of $39.95 includes the Primary Member for the Prestige plan.  To include the entire family, it's only $59.95 a month.  The age is extended to attained age 24 for Member's children who are full-time students at a recognized college or university.  Special exceptions may be made for dependent children status over the age of 24 who meet the requirements of Social Security for disability.

For common law marriages, a common law spouse can be included on the Primary Member's plan if the state in which you reside acknowledges common law marriages.
