Your Empyrean discounts should become active by close of business of the following day your credit card or debit card is charged. You will receive your member account number when you receive your email immediately following the conclusion of your registration call with the representative. If you need to use your benefits before you receive your Member Welcome Kit and ID card, don't hesitate to call the Empyrean Member Service Department.  Within one week of activating your account, Empyrean will mail your Member ID and Member Handbook.  Simply select a participating provider, make an appointment, present your card and save!
