For AOL Version 9.0:
- Open your email from Empyrean
- Click the "Add Address" button (on the right) to add to your "People I Know" list
- Or, you can just send an e-mail to: (sender's name)@empyreanbenefits.com and that will add us to your "People I Know" list automatically. To do this:
- Open an email from (sender's name)@empyreanbenefits.com
- Click the "Reply" button (it's in the top right corner). A new email window opens with an email address in the "Send To" box. Make sure the address in the Send To box is (sender's name)@empyreanbenefits.com
- Click Send Now (in the top right corner). This will add us to the "People I Know" list
For earlier versions of AOL:
- Go to keyword: Mail Controls
- Select the screen name to which we're sending Empyrean email
- Click Customize Mail Controls For This Screen Name
For AOL Version 8.0:
- Select Allow email from all AOL members, email addresses and domains
- Click Next until the Save button shows up at the bottom
- Click Save
For AOL Version 7.0:
- In the section for "exclusion and inclusion parameters," include empyreanbenefits.com domain

Hotmail |
- Click the Options link, on the main menu tabs, then Safe List.
- Type empyreanbenefits.com in your Safe List.
- If you see (sender's name)@empyreanbenefits.com email in your Junk Mail folder, click "This is not Junk Mail" to avoid having email from Empyrean sent to the Junk Mail folder in the future

- Open your Yahoo! mailbox
- Click Mail Options
- Click Filters
- Click Add Filter
In the top row, labeled 'From header:' make sure Contains is selected in the pull-down menu. Click in the text box next to that pull-down menu, then enter the address: (sender's name)@empyreanbenefits.com
- At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select Inbox from the pull-down menu. Click the Add Filter button again
- If mail from BuyDomains has been filtered to your "bulk" folder, simply open the message and click on the "This is not Spam" link next to the "From" field

MSN Version 9.0 |
- Open your latest Empyrean email, (sender's name)@empyreanbenefits.com
- Copy the address in the "From" line
- Click on Settings: Email | Junk email (it's at the bottom left of the screen, just above Calendar)
- On the Email settings screen, click Junk Email Guard
- Select Safe List
- In the space provided under "Add people to the safe list," enter the address you copied from the "From" line
- Click Add
For earlier versions of MSN:
- Open your latest Empyrean email
- Copy the address in the "From" line
- Click on Email settings (it's at the bottom left of the screen, just above Calendar)
- On the Email settings screen, click Junk Mail
- Select Safe List
- Click Add an item to this list
- When the Add To Safe List box appears, enter the address you copied from the "From" line into the space provided
- Click Add

Outlook 2003 |

In Outlook, there are a few ways you can do this:
- Open any Empyrean email, then add the sender or the sender's domain to your Safe List
- Find the address in the "From" line of your most recent Empyrean email and add it to Personal Contacts in your Outlook Address Book
- Open any Empyrean email, then select Mark as Not Junk

With Earthlink, you must add our sending address to your Address Book:
- Open your latest Empyrean email
- Copy the address in the "From" line
- Click on Address Book (it's on the left, below your Folders)
- When your Address Book opens, click the Add button
- On the Add Contact screen, find the Internet Information box
- Enter the address you copied from the "From" line into the top Email box
- Click Save

Verizon |

With Verizon, you must add our "From" address to your Safe List
- Go to your Verizon Inbox
- Click Options
- Select the Block Senders tab (near the top of the screen)
- On the Block Senders screen, you'll see both a "Block Sender List" and a "Safe List." In the space where it says, "Enter email address or sub domain to always accept even if the domain is blocked," enter the address in the "From" line of your most recent Empyrean email.

- If Empyrean email is filtered, click on the white "W" icon on the left column of the mailing
- When the pop-up window comes up, simply click the Add to Whitelist button

- Click on the White List button
- Add (sender's name)@empyreanbenefits.com to the bottom of your existing list

- Click the Subject White List button
- Add Access Update to the bottom of the list on a line by itself

- Log into your SpamCop account
- Click on the Options icon in the toolbar
- Under Mail Management (in the middle), click SpamCop Tools
- Select Manage your personal whitelist
- Near the bottom, where it reads "Click here to add to your whitelist," click on Click here
- Enter the address in the "From" line of your most recent NCAN email message in the first empty slot
- Click Submit

In Cloudmark SpamNet, you can exempt Empyrean Benefits from filtering by adding our "From" address to your Whitelist:
- Open your Outlook Inbox
- On the Cloudmark SpamNet toolbar, click Options
- Click Advanced
- Select the Whitelist tab
- Click the Add button
- Enter the address in the "From" line of your most recent Empyrean email message and click the OK button
- Click OK again, then Yes, then OK one last time

Some email programs do not offer easy ways to whitelist senders. You may need to contact your internet service provider's customer service or technical support to whitelist us to your email account. Here are a few other methods of ensuring you receive email from us:
- Always check your junk email folders first if you are expecting a message from us
- Try adding the sender's email address: (sender's name)@empyreanbenefits.com to your address book or contact list
- Move the message from your junk folder to your Inbox or forward the message to yourself
- Go to your email's spam filtering option and add our domain: empyreanbenefits.com or (sender's name)@empyreanbenefits.com
