Limited medical plans  (i.e., fixed dollar amount reimbursements for inpatient hospitalization, ICU/CCU, surgery and anesthesia, and emergency care, with no annual or lifetime maximum) cover you in case of illness. All of our plans have been designed with significantly lower monthly premiums with more comprehensive coverage than other plans, however limited medical plans may be appropriate for people who intend to use their insurance primarily in the event of an illness.

Major medical insurance plans typically include benefits such as preventative care, physician co-pays for routine office visits, prescription drug benefits and hospital deductibles with co-insurance. These are appropriate for people who intend to use their insurance on a regular basis, or have serious health issues that necessitate catastrophic coverage.
